What is required to apply?
- Three committee members to organize your Back to School program
- Number of elementary students requesting supplies
- Number of high school students requesting supplies
- Three photos of your school and community
- A letter of support from a member of leadership or a senior staff member at the school
Priority will be given to communities that have not previously been recipients of the Back to School Program. We cannot accept individual requests.
The due date for applications is Friday June 12th, 2026 at 5 pm EDT.
